Management Internship & Transition Program
The MIT program is a succession initiative that follows our curriculum technology, successive-progressive, but multi-linear academic program. It is designed to prepare your employees for his/her next crucial assignment – promotion. MIT adapts our AFL© learning strategy. A menu of programs for selection of appropriate subjects are at your disposal.
Management Guided Discovery Program
Our MGD Program is also a curriculum-based learning experience, only that it follows a single linear design. It also adapts our AFL© learning strategy. It is anchored on the thought process with the objective to create new knowledge. Employees will be equipped with the timeless Principles of Management that would offer very specific management tools and techniques they can apply to real work, at real time.
Strategic Organisation Leadership
We make and mold leaders through our Strategic Organisation Leadership Program or SOL. SOL is a neuroscience-based curriculum in four (4) graduated and advancing levels. Each level has its own unique neuroleadership syllabus, developed with our international research partners, and patterned according to the four (4) human development stages.

Our Micro-Learning Experience Programs are short-burst, high impact, value-laden programs.
Should this be your choice, we have an inventory of subjects where you can choose depending on you exact need, then we tweak a bit towards quasi or science oriented discussion that can be discussed in a few hours or days as opposed to our curriculum programs, which run to no less than four (4) months.
