History 

Inspired by 20 years of changing people’s lives and organisation culture, Mario Gil C. Jocson has remained loyal to his core belief that each person has full of potentials, unlimited capacities, endless capabilities and infinite possibilities. This belief is backed by his research which begun in 1997 on leadership, management, culture, learning progression, competency and career progression landscape for Asia and the Philippine environment.

He founded MindHead, Inc. in 2000, a company that focuses on organisational research & diagnostics and in 2012 formed VERASIERMC, which means, beginning of a  genuine transformation, with a full professional team complement, from OD consultant to OD intern status. 

A kingmaker himself, Gil has applied two behavioral sciences with humanistic principles in all his engagements, Organisation Development and Neuroscience disciplines. All his peers are well-trained in these disciplines, coupled with the highest degree of ethics and precision.

As a team of OD consultants, residents and interns, VERASIERMC approach in service-engagement consultancy is everything but common and ordinary.
