Over the years, we have developed partnerships with key players in the industry to expand our reach. 

We have managed over 300 projects for 58 companies in 16 industries for the past 20 years, at an average of 3.5 years per client engagement, serving a web of projects in the fields of Organisation Development and Neuroscience. Our service-engagement is exclusive that we observe a one (1) company per sub-industry rule, complying with a one (1) year NDA after conclusion of each engagement. 

Our experience is complemented by a hardworking professional team comprised of OD Senior Consultants, OD Junior Consultants, OD Senior Residents, OD Junior Residents, OD Interns, and staff.

As a DTI and VAT-registered firm, we also own three (3) International Portals in the US and Australia where we source our journals, models and research analyses to update our methodologies and frameworks. 

Also, VERASIERMC engages the services of a local research agency, an accounting company and a law firm for its backend support.
